At Complexus we carry out functions related to the area of Work and Organizational Psychology, focusing on the analysis and development of human resources (selection, orientation, training, planning, teambuilding).
Our interventions allow us to diagnose and prevent forms of work discomfort resulting from stress (Burnout syndrome), mobbing, change management, role transition, or management of interpersonal conflicts.
As part of the development and management of human resources, our clinical center guarantees the evaluation of personnel, using clinical methodologies and techniques, through individual or group interviews, administration of psychodiagnostic tests and aptitude tests, career assessment, life design, and career counseling.
Following an analysis of company needs, we co-build and implement the intervention project together with the client, defining tailor-made interventions that promote the growth of people through
the empowerment of professional and personal skills (soft & hard skills).
